Mauritania
There are two types of national elections in Mauritania which are:
Parliamentary (National Assembly): occurs every 5 years. The first election was held in 1946 and the last one was in 2023.
Presidential: occurs every 5 years. The first election was held in 1961 and the last one was in 2019.
