CCL Model.
The CCL (Communicator, competence and likeable) Model is developed by Electoipedia to assess how a political leader is perceived by the public. There are three core factors that any political leader should have to succeed in their role. A political leader should be a good communicator, be competent when it comes to making decisions and be a likeable character. These factors are interrelated and a leader should be in a good position for all of them. For example, a leader cannot be perceived as highly competent and a good communicator while having a low likability score. Take three questions to get a CCL score for a leader
