There are three types of national elections in Italy which are:
Presidential: occurs every 7 years. The first election was held in 1948 and the last one was in 2022.
Chamber of Deputies: occurs every 5 years. The first election was held in 1861 and the last one was in 2022.
Senate: occurs every 5 years. The first election was held in 1948 and the last one was in 2022.
