Spain
There are two types of national elections in Spain which are:
Congress of Deputies: occurs every 4 years. The first election was held in 1810 and the last one was in 2023.
Senate: occurs every 4 years. The first election was held in 1881 and the last one was in 2023.
There was a Presidential Election in Spain which was held in 1936 and no longer exists.
